DirectTV = Lousy Customer Service!!!

We had signed up for DirectTV before finding out that we could get Comcast.  Well we canceled DirectTV on  6-25-08  yet they took $221.35 out of our account on 6-27-08.  I called in this morning to see why they  had not put our $$ back in  our account.  Spoke with Ean Reo #104956 and he stated too me that our service was never really canceled and that is would take 3-5 more days to get our $$ back.  I asked him 7 times to speak with a supervisior before he put me on hold and then hung up on me.  Glad I went with Comcast!!!
